What was a bit disappointing was he had said he’d go over the car upon pickup, which was not done, as he seemed to be rushed! With the purchase of my used Corvette, Mike had my car detailed like off the showroom floor. Delivery was 1000 miles from Summit Automotive to my home in an enclosed trailer. Service is decent, usually quick. Could use more employees in the quick lube, have tried to get oil changed several times and it was backed up to an hour or more

Excellent experience. Prompt responses. Overnighted my title which was crucial for my business. Truck was as described, have been towing heavy with it for over week with no problems. Trade price was fair, and asking price of new truck was good. What more can you ask for. Shout out to Marty in sales and Colin in finance for excellent communication. I was an out of state buyer which complicates things a bit and they made things easy.

I bought a truck from Summit. I did most of the research. Only surprise was I didn't know the etorgue was a hybrid truck. I probably wouldn't have bought or even looked at it if I had known that. As of right now I am good with the purchase.
Mike was very helpful with any questions I had. There was no pressure and he let me do my own thing. Everything went smooth from start to finish. My only complaint would be that I got a better rate myself to finance car than summit could do. Anyway great job and I will return for my next purchase.

Was looking for a gmc /chevy 2500... these folks had a 24'GMC 2500 with super low mileage. Information and quick responsive answers with my questions. Always polite. This was my first online transaction without seeing onsite. Plenty of pictures proved it was in great condition. They were accurate in knowledge of the truck, even though they are a Chrysler dealer. Both Logan and Tim , went above and beyond getting this truck ready for purchase and they also provided a shipping company. Transaction went fast, and shipping was faster!

I came on Saturday for an oil change. They were able to get me right in and it took a shorter time than what they quoted me. They checked everything over and were honest about their findings. Plus, the car got washed. A win-win overall! We will be back.
The experience was as expected. When the car wasn’t appropriately detailed, Brian Lehman went and detailed it himself… going above and beyond his role in the store. I feel Brian is an excellent asset to Summit because of hos product knowledge, communication transparency, and going the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

I brought in my recently purchased 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few issues. The service department was very nice, and informative. The Jeep was ready for pickup on time. Two of the three issues were fixed, but unfortunately the dashboard compass is still not working. I will need to schedule another appointment.
