John was great to deal with. Unfortunately I had 10 out of 10 loose lug nuts. Was told by shop Forman that it was because the truck had a lot of corrosion between brake rotor and wheel. If so I believe the tech working on the truck should have seen this and corrected it before replacing the wheels. This situation could have been extremely dangerous. I believe these lugs were not torque properly. The truck was driven 90 miles and brought back to dealership.
Everyone was very helpful and accommodating at my service appointment.

Great service. My 2026 Grand Cherokee needed to get both batteries replaced. Jace said it would take about 6 hrs to do the testing and replacement but was done in about 4.
The service department was very professional and efficient. They were able to get me in with a starting issue right away. In and out in less than 1.5 hrs and they updated my Chrysler App service record very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

With zero pushback, they brought in a vehicle from a satellite location for me to test ride while there. I ended up purchasing the truck they brought in. This was a hassle for them as it was an unknown as to whether i would even purchase a vehicle that day. I could not have asked for a better transaction. They were great to work with!

prices are high! ZERO movement! after purchase i found a few issues with car. not sure IF i want to let their techs touch the car since the issues where suppose to be corrected already.

Though these people were freindly and quick to respond, they are like any other dealership in that they want as much of your money with as little effort as possible. This was evident by the effort by me to get the best trade values for my trade in vehicles in which they were willing to provide lower than KBB values. Assigned salesman via the website after requesting test drive. Overall, he was OK. I would've expected a thank you from him after purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. Seemed to be forgetful quite a bit. Didnt fuel vehicle up for test drive. Never offered to show me any of the tech and capabilities of vehicle. Dave Reilly in finance was excellent. Service Dept was excellent.

After touching base due to a communication problem, I will give 5 stars. Great selection of trucks. Eric never tried pushing me into buying a truck like I've dealt with at past dealers. He let me look at whatever however many times I needed to. After sale we had a slight communication problem due to telephone service, but he was sure quick and eager to try to correct the issue. Seems like they have some helpful salesman.
