Overall my experience with Summit was not positive. I needed to buy a car and I did.l, but the details leave me disappointed after the fact. For example, finding this garbage crumpled up in my center console. Chris kuklinksi is a hell of a guy. Smart, Knowledgeable, and unassertive. I hope he is appreciated and compensated by Summit as well as he deserves. Everything about Summit was top notch. The people were friendly and very knowledgeable.
It was a nice welcome from Mason. He helped me go thru the process. The only issue i had was when I went into Dave Reilly,s office to sign papers, he already had the gap insurance, n the warranty in the loan without asking if I wanted the extras. N didn't explain much about how the warranty covers. In the past of other dealerships, they always explain the other added warranties n gap insurance BEFORE asking if I wanted it.

Michael was exemplary in every facet of this sale. For his level of experience it is remarkable that he displays such a relaxed and yet poised and confident communication style detailing all elements of the sale and of the car I purchased.
Unfortunately, the delivery was not announced until the day of, and the driver did not advise that he could not deliver to my address until an hour before arrival at 10:15pm. So, I had to trouble my son, 40 minutes away to provide a ride to the car.

I worked with Brian Pahnke remotely by phone and email to get a deal done on our new Ram 3500. He communicated great answering all questions, worked up a trade number based on photos and emails. If you are looking for a sports car or coupe this is a great place to find one.
John was great to deal with. Unfortunately I had 10 out of 10 loose lug nuts. Was told by shop Forman that it was because the truck had a lot of corrosion between brake rotor and wheel. If so I believe the tech working on the truck should have seen this and corrected it before replacing the wheels. This situation could have been extremely dangerous. I believe these lugs were not torque properly. The truck was driven 90 miles and brought back to dealership.
Everyone was very helpful and accommodating at my service appointment.

Great service. My 2026 Grand Cherokee needed to get both batteries replaced. Jace said it would take about 6 hrs to do the testing and replacement but was done in about 4.
The service department was very professional and efficient. They were able to get me in with a starting issue right away. In and out in less than 1.5 hrs and they updated my Chrysler App service record very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

With zero pushback, they brought in a vehicle from a satellite location for me to test ride while there. I ended up purchasing the truck they brought in.
