We saw our next vehicle on a Sunday. My experience was ok. My trade in was valued at what I hoped it would be, I paid cash for the remainder so a little less paperwork. This is my second purchase from Summit and the reason I came back was because of my first experience, my second experience wouldn’t make me come back a third time. Summit Automotive and Eric Agnew were great to work with! I had limited time so they made the process simple and as fast as they were able! With zero pushback, they brought in a vehicle from a satellite location for me to test ride while there. I ended up purchasing the truck they brought in. This was a hassle for them as it was an unknown as to whether i would even purchase a vehicle that day. I could not have asked for a better transaction. They were great to work with!

prices are high! ZERO movement! after purchase i found a few issues with car. not sure IF i want to let their techs touch the car since the issues where suppose to be corrected already.

Though these people were freindly and quick to respond, they are like any other dealership in that they want as much of your money with as little effort as possible. This was evident by the effort by me to get the best trade values for my trade in vehicles in which they were willing to provide lower than KBB values. Also, there were noted items that were greatly underpar from the detail department that I specifically called out to Chris during the test drive that were never looked at or fixed when I received the vehicle. Ryan Soukup was awesome to work with. He was quick to answer all of my questions and was very accommodating. Tim Brenner, the Finance Director, explained the available warranties and answered all of my questions as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Ryan and Summit Automotive again.
Assigned salesman via the website after requesting test drive. Overall, he was OK. I would've expected a thank you from him after purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. Seemed to be forgetful quite a bit. Didnt fuel vehicle up for test drive. Never offered to show me any of the tech and capabilities of vehicle. Dave Reilly in finance was excellent. Service Dept was excellent.
Mike Marusich and Dave Reilly were both very professional and good at what they do. mike answered all my questions about the purchase and was probably one if not the quickest auto purchases i have done and i have done a lot, Dave Reilly was awesome at answering all my questions about the purchase and the warranty just very good all the way around! i will be back in the future!
There was great communication regarding the vehicles I was interested in. It was late in the day, the service manager was able to make a call so we could complete the financing that night.

After touching base due to a communication problem, I will give 5 stars. Great selection of trucks. Eric never tried pushing me into buying a truck like I've dealt with at past dealers. He let me look at whatever however many times I needed to. After sale we had a slight communication problem due to telephone service, but he was sure quick and eager to try to correct the issue. Seems like they have some helpful salesman.

I reached out to this dealership because they had the SUV I was looking for online. Michael contacted me quickly thereafter. He was communicative and very helpful coordinating everything because we live hours away. Not only did we purchase a vehicle for myself but we ended up purchasing a truck for my husband as well. I can honestly say out of all the dealerships we visited and contacted during the last 2 months on our search, this was by far the best experience overall. Had new tires installed and noticed a bit of vibration while on a road trip. Called Summit and was able to get my truck in the same day and was out and going again within an hour. So far seems like the problem was solved.

Both issues were fixed. But the bottom door panel that was removed to fix issue with door lock was never reinstalled properly, it was just hanging from the top, never locked back down. (Warranty work so just had the deductible to pay)
Summit has the absolute best service I've worked with at any dealership ever and I've worked with numerous dealerships since the late 1970s. They are polite, professional and do great work! They don't waste your time or try to upsell you to purchase parts or services that aren't needed! We live 20 miles from Summit, choosing to drive to Fond Du Lac instead of going to the local dealership and it's definitely worth it!!

Messaged John on Sunday letting him know that my jeep would be in the lot when he gets in on Sunday. Had problems bleeding the radiator and could not drive it due to this so trailered it in. John messaged my right away Monday morning letting me know that they were already working on it. Great customer service as I was able to get my jeep back that day.

Picked me up when I flew into Milwaukee and drove me the hour up to the dealership. Car I purchased was as represented and I can't say enough good things about how smoothly the whole process went. Everyone was nice to work with from Greeting, Sales, Finance & Service. Our sales professional, Eric, was very responsive to our calls and requests. Colin in Finance was quick and efficient with our purchase and warranty paperwork including a blackout license plate, which we really appreciated having on hand to put on the car right away. Jace leading the task with all the Service Department crew that day went above and beyond for us, and we can't them enough for their outstanding work. It is truly appreciated.
The scheduling was easy by phone. The dropping off was efficient. The work was done in a timely fashion and the charges were easily understood when it came time to pay the bill.

With a little tactical patience with the process, I found the experience very good, and I would recommend this dealership.
