Matt was born and raised in Wisconsin. He graduated from UW Stout where he met his wife.

After college they spent 9 years in California before moving back to Wisconsin to be close to family.

Matt enjoys all things outdoors: golfing, boating, sports, hiking.

Mike is CEO and owner of Summit Automotive Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. He started in the car business when his Grandfather, Bill Gores (Founder of Holiday) asked him to wash cars in 1974. He’s STILL here!

Mike and his wife, Nancy have 3 children. He enjoys hunting, boating, paddle boarding and spending time with his family! He’s a life long Packer fan who loves going to games!

Joel is Chief Operating Officer at Summit Automotive Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMe. Joel has over 30 years of automobile experience. Joel and his wife Deb have 4 children, Sam, Sarah, Grace and Isaiah and a Golden Retriever Jasper. Deb is a Special Education teacher locally. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, skiing and spending time in northern Wisconsin with his family.

Joel believes it is important to give back to the communities that they serve. He is involved with several local organizations and charities that provide assistance and programs to local children and families in need.

A strong belief if his is that you should give back to the communities they serve. Customer service and employee satisfaction are top priorities at Summit Automotive Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM.

Ryan has been in the automotive industry since 2007, and has developed a true passion for customer service. He was born and raised in the Fond du Lac area but also lived in Naples, Florida for just over a decade! While there, he worked for the Ritz Carlton Hotel Company where he mastered the art of true customer service. He is happily married and has two beautiful daughters that he spends as much time with as possible. In his free time he loves to golf and fish every chance he gets.

Mark has been in the Automotive Industry since 2000. He has an extensive background in trucks. Mark grew up in Oakfield and has lived in FL since 2006. When he’s not at work, he enjoys home improvement projects and of course, golfing!

Tim is the Finance Director here at Summit Automotive Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM. He started working in the automotive industry in 1991, and has worked as a Business Manager since 1996. He grew up in St. Peter and now resides in the Fond du Lac area. When he is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his son Riley.

Andrew has been in the automotive industry since 2007. He takes pride in giving each guest a great experience and to make finding your next vehicle enjoyable. He received his bachelor’s degree from UW-Oshkosh and is a Titan football alumni. Hail Titans! He enjoys soaking up the sun on the golf course, Wisconsin sports teams, and spending time with family.

Ryan has been in the automotive industry since 2010. He was born and raised in the Fond du Lac area. Ryan has a background specializing in all types of used vehicles, with a true passion for trucks, imports, and specialty vehicles. He strives in taking great care of our customers and to provide the best car buying experience possible. In his free time he enjoys being on the water, hunting, golfing, and trying new things that challenge him!

Brett handles the website and all inventory including pictures and videos. Some other duties include network administrator and used vehicle expediter.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Whitewater where he majored in Computer End-User Technologies. Brett began his career in the Automotive Industry full time in 2006. He has a large automobile knowledge spanning many makes, models and years. Brett grew up in Chilton, Wisconsin and moved to Fond du Lac in 2006. Brett has been with Summit Automotive Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM since 2013 and enjoys the fast pace of the car market and likes the challenges that arise on a daily basis. He also created and manages the dealership’s youtube channel that has over 28+ million views, 43,000+ subscribers, and gets over 11,500 views a day! Jamie has been in the automotive industry for 12 years. 9 of which she spent as a sales representative upfitting work trucks.

She has a huge passion for animals. When she is not at work, she gardens, cooks, hikes with her dogs and spending time with her family. They enjoy traveling, being outdoors and riding motorcyles.

Mary has over 10 years of community outreach experience and is passionate about finding creative ways to connect with our customers and support the communities we serve.

Whether it’s through local events, partnerships, or engaging with social media campaigns, she loves turning ideas into meaningful action. Her goal is to help make a positive impact both online and in person.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys traveling, camping, and spending time with family.
